These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the donation payment gateway provided by Axis Bank and Razor Pay ("Payment Gateway") on the Pamoist International website ("Website"). By making a donation through the Payment Gateway, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Donation Process

i) When you initiate a donation on the Website, you will be redirected to the secure Payment Gateway provided by Axis Bank and Razor Pay to complete the transaction.

ii) You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the donation process. Pamoist International is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from your inaccurate information.

3. Payment Information

i) The Payment Gateway allows you to make donations using various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, Bhim UPI, Wallet, net banking, and any other methods provided by the Payment Gateway service.

ii) All payment information provided by you is encrypted and transmitted securely. Pamoist International does not store or have access to your complete payment information.

4. Donation Confirmation

i) After completing the donation process, you will receive an email confirmation from Pamoist International containing details of your donation. Please retain this email for your records.

ii) In case of any discrepancy or error in the donation confirmation, you must contact Pamoist International at [[email protected]/01143096877] within 7 (seven) days of the donation

5. Donation Amount & Currency

i) All donations made through the Payment Gateway are in Indian currency or convertible to Indian Currency in favour of Pamoist International.

ii) You are responsible for any currency conversion charges or fees imposed by your bank or financial institution.

6. Refund Policy

The donation, once paid to Pamoist International, is not refundable for any reason, whatsoever.

7. Tax Deductibility

Donations made to Pamoist International are exempt under section 80G of the Income-tax Act 1961. However, it is your responsibility to verify the tax implications of your donation.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Pamoist International is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal and payment information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Pamoist International reserves the right to add, interrupt, discontinue, modify, or update any or all of the Terms and conditions of this site at any time without notice and/or intimation to you.
