To provide Education, Tuitions, Assistance, Religious Education, Religious Teaching(s), Preaching(s), Religious Discourses, Spiritual Discourses, Counseling, Training(s), Instruction services, Vocational Trainings and Guidance, Arranging and Conducting of Work Shops, Cultural Activities, Legal Aid(s), Legal Help/Services, Medical Aid(s), Medical Services, Medical Assistance, Running Old Age Homes (Bridh Ashram/s), Orphan Homes (Anath Ashram/s), Women Homes (Mahila Ashram/s), Night Shelter(s), etc.
To promote & support Personal and Social Services rendered by others to meet the needs of individuals, Groups of Individuals, Online Social Networking Services, Conducting Religious Ceremonies, Organizing Religious Meetings, Organizing Spiritual Meetings, Spiritual Consultancy, etc.
To hire Preachers, Teachers, Raagis (Keertaniye(s)), Katha Vaachaks, Poets etc. at the Religious & Public places to spread the word of God and connecting people to GOD and to develop content for Social Media including but not limited to You Tube, Blogs, Website(s), etc..
To manufacture, print, trade, distribute and circulate among general public at Religious and Public Places etc. the contents of Character Building, Moral Values, Religious & Educational Books, Articles, Objects, Accessories, etc.
To commence Manufacturing and Printing of the Contents, developed by the Trust from time to time pertaining to Religion(s)/Religious & Character Building, High Moral Values, to Run, Develop, Establish and Maintain the Wholesale & Retail Outlets pertaining to Objects/Goods/Books/CDs/ VCDs/DVDs/PenDrives/Accessories/Food items/Grains, etc. mentioned in this Trust Deed and/or other items.
To organize, participate, assist in all the ways for celebrations, festivals, functions, preachings, ceremonies of different Religions, Religious Places, etc.
To run online on all present Social Media Platforms and new platforms to be invented in future, information disseminating services to the meet objectives of the Trust and communicate information of the Trust.
To open, establish, promote, set up, run, maintain, assist, donate, finance and support to the other Tru sts, NGO(s), etc. and/or help the various community(ies), development programs/activities and also construct and develop the Community Halls, Dharamshalas, Old Age Homes, Piayoo, Gau Shala(s), Orphanage, Creche(s) (Day Care Centres), Health Care Centers, Charitable Dispensaries, Hospitals, Mental Health Services, Meditation Centres, Shochalays (Public Toilets), Libraries, Yoga Training Centres, Anganwari, Gymnasiums, Sangeetalay & Nrityalay (music and dance training centers), Personality Development, Attitude and Leadership Building, Training Centre(s) and organizing the Workshops for the same and similar services, Balwari, Mahila Ashram(s), Studio(s), Drama Stage(s) and other Buildings / Institutions for use of General Public and for welfare of the general public.
To Establish and run Universities, Colleges, Schools, Educational Institutions, Higher Education Centres, Technical Education Centres, Vocational Education Centres, Medical, Nursing College(s), Coaching Classes and Tuition Centres, Coaching Centre(s) for preparation of various competitive examinations, School Examinations, etc.
and to conduct/provide all type of Education(s) prescribed by the Government(s).
To Provide Food, Clothing, Medical Aid, Stationery, Transportation, Libraries, Laboratories, Reading Materials, Study Materials, Reading Room(s), Hostel(s), Playground(s), Swimming Pool(s) and other required facilities to the students and also to the members of the Society/General Public.
To arrange, provide, establish, look after and supervise Nursery, Primary, Secondary Higher Secondary, Higher and Technical Educational Institution(s) and to provide Education to the General Public, Poor and Needy children, SC/ ST, Community Weaker Section as per policies of the Government of India/ State Government(s), Minority Community(ies) Children, etc.
To open Libraries, Reading Rooms to the poor and needy students and children.
To distribute Award(s) / Scholarship(s) and Prize(s) to the Students and Children.
To establish and run Technical Education Colleges including Engineering College(s), Management Education Institute(s), Computer Science & Engineering Institute(s), Medical College(s), Nursing College(s), Teacher Training & Social Studies and Research Institute(s), etc. for providing Standard and High Class Education to the Student(s) according to the Rules and Regulations of Central Government and State Government(s). To open, run and maintain Primary, Middle and Senior Secondary Schools in India and abroad as per Rules & Regulations of State Board(s), Central Board(s), and State/Central Government(s) of India and respective country(ies).
To appoint Managing Committee including its Chairman, Manager and Members of school/s.
To Donate Funds, Articles, Religious Books, Articles, Accessories, etc. to other NGO(s), Trusts, Religious Places like Gurdwaras, Temples, Churhes, Mosques, Old Age Homes, Orphan Homes, Educational Institutions, Night Shelter Homes, etc.
To establish and manage various lands of Educational, Vocational, Industrial, Agricultural, Research and Training Institutions to introduce and develop the professional Courses and also to arrange / provide all kinds of Educational facilities to the students, trainees and to other needy candidates.
To arrange and to encourage the people to donate essentials like dhotis, blankets, rugs, woolen / cotton, clothes, food items, Raw Grains, Vegetables, Milk etc. and other articles of daily use to the men, women and children.
To provide food, cloth(s), Shelter (temporary / permanent), medicines and other required Articles, Objects and facilities to the people who have faced the Natural Calamity and/or the Disasters and/or to the General Public.
To promote fine Art, Crafts among the public including establishment and maintenance of Shilpa-Shikshalayas, Kala-Kendras (relating to music, dance, Acting & modeling) etc.
To arrange and organize EYE and BLOOD donation camps, Legal awareness camps, AIDS Awareness camps, and Health Check-up camps, anywhere in India & Abroad. To make general public aware of free legal, medical aids, etc. provided by the Trust.
To help the street children by providing them shelter, food and education.
To make arrangement for mobile emergency Van(s) / Ambulance(s) for the victims of road accidents, to provide help to pregnant ladies to shift them to nearby hospitals, also to provide assistance to the old people and General Public in the emergency situations.
To provide information and education / useful knowledge and the Medical Advise, to general public regarding the vices of the society like Smack, Smoking (Cigarette / Biri / Hukka), Use of Alcohol / Wine, AIDS, Drugs, Narcotic etc. through holding awareness camps for De-Addiction and also organize the lectures by expert team of Doctors, Journalists, Lawyers, Counselers, Professionals and other learned persons. Running Awareness Campaigns for various Diseases, Social Evils, Drinking, Smoking and Drugs abuses, Cleanliness & Hygiene, Women Safety, etc.
To open Centers / Institutes for Diagnostic Curative and Research of Cancer, AIDS, T.B. and other deadly/fatal diseases.
To encourage Sports, Yoga, Judo, Hockey, Football, Cricket and other National and International Games for improvement of Health amongst the Youth and Children and to open Sports Coaching(s), Training Centres etc. Yoga Classes/ Camps , Physiotherapy Centres, Aerobics Centres, Women Safety Classes and Camps etc.
To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for Stoppage and Eradication of Social Evils such as Dowry System, Child Marriage (Bal Vivah), Child Labor, Wastage of money in the various functions and use of intoxicated drugs / wine / smack, etc.
To make adequate arrangement(s) and start the Rehabilitation Centers for Destitute/s, Widows, Old Men and Women, Poor, Beggars, Handicapped, Blind, Deaf, Dumb, Mentally Retarded and for other needy persons. To provide Mental Health Classes and Camps, Providing Psychological Counseling etc. to the poor, needy persons and General Public.
To invest the Trust fund in the various Financial Gain Projects / Schemes for the purpose of raising funds of the Trust to spend the same for the fulfillment of objects of the Trust.
To collect Information, Notices, Notifications, Policies from the Government, Semi Government, National / International Agencies and N.G.Os. and also provide the same to the members of the Trust and also to the general public.
To make survey(s) for collection of data.
To approach the Competent Court(s), Statutory Bodies, Government Authorities, etc. to Safeguard the Rights of the General Public and for the Public Interests from time to time as the Trust may deem fit and proper.
To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Government/Non-Government Organisation, International Agencies, Banks and any other legal Entity and/or Individual(s) from India and/or Abroad.
To accept Donations, Grants, Presents-Gifts, and other Offerings in the shape of movable / immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the Trust in India and abroad, across Globe.
To take on rent or lease, or to acquire/purchase Land(s)/Building(s) and/or construct/maintain or to open Religious, Worship Places for General Public – Temples, Gurdwaras, Langar (Free Food) Halls/Centres, Church(es), Mosque(s), etc.
To purchase / acquire the Land(s) and / or the Building(s) in the name of Trust for the uplifting and fulfillment of the Aims and Objects of the Trust.
To hold and manage the Assets and Properties acquired / inherited or purchased by the Trust as may be necessary or appropriate for the achievement of the objects of the Trust.
To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, develop, manage and control all and/or any part of Property(ies) or Building(s) of the above Trust, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the Aims and Objects of the Trust.
To publish Books, Charts, Illustrations, Journals, Magazines, Periodicals, News Letter / Papers and other Publications in the different languages and on the different subjects.
To assist, co-operate, to tie-ups with the other Associations, Trusts and the various N.G.Os. whose aims are similar like this Trust.
To make or participate or contribute or financial support or to associate with other party(ies) in making Digital CDs, VCDs, DVDs, Pen Drives, Movies, Short Movies, Serials, Episode(s) etc. on Religious Discourses, Preachings, Kirtan, Katha Vachak, Seminars, Religious Functions, Discourses on Character Building and Moral Values, etc.
Printing, Publishing and Distribution of Educational & Religious Books, Newspapers, Magazines, Periodicals etc. for meeting the objectives of the Trust as mentioned in this “Trust Deed”.
To give financial & other support for the Marriages of poor girls & boys and payment of all incidental expenses thereto including Gifts, Food, etc.
To provide Medical assistance, support Hospital(s), Pathological, Diagnostic Labs & Medicines, etc. to the poor and needy including Payment of medicines, medical Bills, lodging & boarding Bills of relative(s) accompanying the Patient(s). Providing Medical Equipments - Oxygen Cylinders, Pulse Oximeters, BP machines, Wheel Chairs, etc. to Poor, needy and physically Handicap Person(s)..
To promote Literacy in the rural, slums & Aadivaasis areas, providing all types of aids and assistances, whatsoever including but not limited to rehabilitation, etc.
To provide all types of assistance(s) and/or aids in the affected areas, whatsoever, including but not limited to Rehabilitation of the victims etc. during the natural calamities, pandemic, riots, floods, earth quake, spread of diseases etc.
Payment of Utility Bills of poor and needy and providing them Household / Utility Goods. Payment of expenses for constructing / repairing / renovating Huts/ Houses for Poor and needy, Distributing free food / clothes, Daily Use Articles/Amenities, Medicines, etc. to Beggars, Poor and needy, Running Ambulance Services for Poor and needy, Running Transportation Services for Poor and needy, etc.
To Establish and run Employment Services for unemployed, Poor and needy.
Payment of Registration, Admission, Course Fee, Education expenses, etc. for poor and needy children/students for their Academic and/or Vocational Education, Higher Education, Coaching for Competitive Examinations, Study Abroad, etc.
To provide services, education & general awareness about Public Places Cleanliness, Hygiene Services and Naturopathy, etc.
To Establish Gyms, Physiotherapy, Aerobics Centres for the general public for the needy persons.
To Establish Employment Centres for Physically Handicaps, Poor and needy, Women, etc. and employing them therein,
Helping Physically Handicaps in all possible ways, etc.
To file Public Interest Litigations including but not limited to Filing of Applications under Right to Information ( RTI ) Act, Payment of Legal Fees to Advocate(s), Court Fees and other incidental expenses on behalf of poor and needy in their fight for Justice.
To make poor & needy persons self employed in all best possible ways.To Promote and to take necessary actions/steps as required for the awareness of the General Public on/through Cinema Halls, all Digital, Electronic, Social Media/Print Media Platforms and/or through any other media/methods like, functions, seminars, celebrations, general get to gathers, group discussions etc. about the Trust’s Goal(s), Aim(s), Vision & Mission, present & proposed activities conducted or to be conducted by the Trust etc. and to do incidental expenses for the same.
To Run “Pamoist” or Pamoist International” TV and / or Cable And/or Internet/Web Channels, Social Media Channels and/or with any other Name other than Pamoist or Pamoist International.
To visit the Jails/prisons for improvement of the hygiene, atmosphere, living conditions, food and water quality, etc., legal services/aids to be given to the poor and needy persons, who have not been given any support by anyone and are under custody in the Jails/prisons for many years.
To provide medical assistance and to treat injured, sick birds that are admitted by people from across the country. Birds are provided with shelter and care for speedy recovery. Birds are set free once their health is restored and are feeling rejuvenated. All treatments and facilities are offered free of cost by the Trust.
All other acts/works of Charity and Philanthropy, which may have been omitted to be mentioned herein.
To do such other things / acts / activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment/achievement of any of the Aims/Object of the Trust.
All Charitable activities, mentioned in this “Trust Deed”, of any nature whatsoever, shall be conducted/operated in India and abroad.
